In brief: Student artwork to be on display

Artwork created by Spokane Public Schools high school students during the district's annual Festival of the Arts will be displayed today at the INB Performing Arts Center.

A reception will be held at 5 p.m. for the students, who worked with a local artist starting in November to create their visual pieces.

The student work will be on display from noon to 4 p.m. in the lobby and will be on display for patrons attending the Spokane Symphony concert at 6:30 p.m. The display is free and open to the public.
