PRE-CONCERT LECTURE

One hour before each Classics Series concert, the conductor, and selected guests present background material on the music and composers to be featured in the evening's repertoire. These are held in the concert hall and are available to all Classics concert ticket holders. They begin at 7 pm on Saturdays and 2 pm on Sundays.

INTERACTIVE PROGRAM NOTES

We are excited to bring you Interactive Program Notes online that are an extended version of the notes found in the Program Book. These notes, which cover each of the compositions performed at our Classics Concerts, include audio clips illustrating a point being discussed about the music, and a pop-up glossary to help you better understand technical musical terms. These notes are included as part of the information about each Classics.
