At the Concert

Audio Aids: Listening devices for people with hearing impairment are available at Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox. There is no charge for these devices, but a driver's license or credit card is requested and will be held until the equipment is returned.


Gift certificates: Gift certificates are available in any dollar amount through the Box Office, located at the north entrance of Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox. Call 509-624-1200 for more information.


Lost and Found: Lost articles may be claimed in Martin Woldson Theater in The Fox office by calling 509-624-5992 during regular office hours. 

 

Program Recycling Program: Please feel free to take home a program, but if you have extras, please remember to recycle them on your way out the door in our designated bins.


Refreshments: For the enjoyment of our patrons, food and drink are available in the lobby of Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox prior to concerts and during intermission. Our caterer provides a wide selection of beverages (including cocktails, beer and wine), desserts, and appetizers for pre-concert relaxation as well as enjoyment during intermission. In addition, a limited selection of hot entrees are being served at the First Avenue Art Deco Cafe. You may pre-order your favorites before the concert and they will be waiting for you at intermission. No need to wait in line!

 

Restrooms: Restrooms in the theater are located behind the stairs and at the top of the stairs. Men's restrooms are on the north side of the building, while the Ladies' restrooms are on the south side. 


Smoke-Free Policy: Smoking is not permitted at any Spokane Symphony events.


Special Assistance: All programs of the Spokane Symphony are accessible to people with disabilities. Persons needing assistance are requested to phone the Box Office at 509-624-1200 for advance arrangements.


Traffic Alert: Simultaneous events may be scheduled for Martin Woldson Theater at The Fox, the Knitting Factory, and the Bing Crosby Theater.  Please allow yourself adequate parking time.
