THE BEST OF THE CHORALE—Sunday, April 26 at 4 p.m.

The Spokane Symphony Chorale is presenting a concert at Saint John’s Cathedral to benefit the Spokane Symphony. Music will include a range of timeless choral masterpieces by Mozart, Bach, Bruckner, Brahms, Poulenc, and others as well as several rousing newer works that are certain to entertain and inspire as well as showcase the range and versatility of this ninety-member chorus. The chorale is directed by Dr. Julián Gómez Giraldo, associate professor of music at Eastern Washington University.  


Tickets are $10 per person or $25 for families (two adults and any three children).For advance tickets and information: contact Karen Allred at 509-458-8733 or visit www.spokanesymphonyassoc.org.  Tickets are also available at the door or from any Chorale member.  

The concert is sponsored by the Spokane Symphony Associates, Cantabile Chapter.  All funds will go to support the Spokane Symphony.

The Spokane Symphony Associates are getting ready for the seventh annual "Upscale Sale" will be held late this spring. To make this event a success, they are asking for gently used items and treasures to donate for this event. Popular items include artwork, jewelry, books, furniture and household décor (including dining sets, patio furniture, mirrors, and rugs), china and glass, table linens, and designer and vintage clothing. If you would like to donate quality items to this sale, contact Jeanette at 990-6418 or the SSA Office at 458-8733 or email them at info@spokanesymphonyassoc.org. Proceeds benefit the Spokane Symphony Orchestra.
